OPB Terms of Use
For print, you must credit the author and include OPBNews.org in the byline. For online use, you must provide a link to the original article and include all of the links from the original story. Any tracking and syndication tags placed by OPB must also be included. The headline and one paragraph of preview text is allowed.
If you are a broadcaster, material from OPB cannot be used on the air in any city where we have an FCC-licensed radio or television transmitter. You may not edit our material, except to reflect relative changes in time and/or location and editorial style. (For example, “Friday” can be changed to “last week”, if necessary.) Photos must include the photographer’s name and OPB News in the cutline.
