Wheeler spoke to OPB’s Think Out Loud from the plane.Ted Wheeler: "I'm traveling with representatives from Nike, PGE and Business Oregon and the Department of Agriculture to go over there and cement some relationships and hopefully go over there and develop jobs for Oregon." The delegation will visit Japan, South Korea, China, and Hong Kong. Wheeler was appointed state treasurer after Ben Westlund died in March.
