What Proposed Medicare Cuts Might Mean To Oregon
As lawmakers in Washington, D.C. start debating changes to the health care system, Medicare has come under scrutiny.
A House plan has proposed cuts to Medicare reimbursements that some, including Senator Ron Wyden and Representative Earl Blumenauer, have said could hurt Oregon.
To find out more about why, I spoke to Ellen Pinney, Executive Director of the Oregon Health Action Campaign, a group that promotes universal health care coverage.
I asked her how the proposed Medicare cuts would affect Oregonians.
