Voters Seem Fickle After Spendy Fall Campaign

Like all elections it’s almost impossible to pin down with certainty, why people voted the way they did.

That’s just one of the questions that OPB political analyst Bill Lunch is mulling over today. We talked to him first about the failed tobacco tax measure.
