The H1N1 vaccine continues to trickle into the state.

So far, Oregon has received about 6 percent of the swine flu vaccine necessary for people in priority groups. Those groups account for about half of Oregon's population.

State Epidemiologist, Dr. Mel Kohn, says even if you don't get inoculated until the spring, there's still value in getting the injection.

For most people, a case H1N1 flu is no worse than the seasonal flu.

It lasts about a week and the vast majority of people get better without medical attention.
