Ted Wheeler Wins Democratic Race For Treasurer

Oregon Treasurer Ted Wheeler won the Democratic Primary for his office by defeating State Senator Rick Metsger.

Wheeler, who was appointed as treasurer in March following the death of Ben Westlund, will face Bend senator Chris Telfer in the general election in November. Telfer ran unopposed in the Republican primary.
