TBA Artists To Frolic In Portland's Fountains
As part of this year's TBA festivities, a group of artists will pay tribute to three city landmarks.
No late-summer day in Portland is complete without a splash through one of the city's public fountains.
The ones designed by architect Lawrence Halprin are more than a diversion. They're great places to stop and think. They also challenge our ideas about how public spaces work.
This weekend, a group of collaborators is preparing to commemorate the fountains, and their part in regional history. April Baer reports.
