As flooding hits Western Oregon, television viewers are being deluged with political ads.
The South Carolina Republican primary is Saturday, and the presidential campaigns have spent over $12 million in advertising in the Palmetto State.
The outcome could have consequences for the Washington caucuses in March and the Oregon primary in May.
