The Royal Bahamas Police Force is the latest law enforcement agency looking for a Northwest teen known as the “Barefoot Bandit.”

The FBI says it has photographic evidence that implicates 19-year-old Colton Harris-Moore in the theft of a small airplane in Bloomington, Indiana over the weekend.

The aircraft was found floating in three feet of water off the Bahamian island of Abaco.

Special agent Steven Dean of the FBI's Seattle division says crossing into another country ups the ante on Harris-Moore's alleged crime spree.

Steve Dean: "Theft of an airplane is very serious anyway. But to fly it internationally, yeah, he's went from being a regional nuisance to a national nuisance to an international criminal."

Harris-Moore is suspected of a string of thefts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Dean says the FBI is investigating because of allegations Harris-Moore committed federal crimes. Those include taking stolen vehicles across state lines and robbing a Washington bank in 2009.
