Oregon Public Broadcasting

Oregon just made a top ten list.  But it's a dubious honor that our lawmakers could probably do without. 

A new report by the Pew Center on the States says that California is in the worst financial shape in the country, but there are nine other states that are not far behind it.  And Oregon is one of them.
