Sen. Ben Nelson To Help Thwart Labor Nominee

DiscussThe Nebraska Democrat says he will join with Republicans to oppose the nomination of Craig Becker to serve on the National Labor Relations Board. Nelson is the first Democrat to come out against the nomination. His decision likely means that Democrats cannot find the 60 votes needed to overcome a GOP filibuster of the nominee.
