New Week, New School For Marysville Students
The 435 students who were displaced by last week's fire at Marysville Elementary School are back in class Monday at a different school. It's being called Marysville Elementary at Rose City Park. Ryan Knutson reports.
Hundreds of volunteers helped teachers and staff get their classrooms ready over the weekend. It was a lot of work, considering everything was left behind in the dash to escape the fire.

Amber Gerber teaches the 7th grade. She's been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the community, and is eager to see her students.
Amber Gerber: "I really am looking forward to seeing my kids. Mostly so I can thank them for having done such a good job of listening and keeping the little kids calm as we were evacuating."
Nike donated backpacks and coats to all the students. Donated school supplies poured in from Schoolhouse Supplies.
Students will remain at Rose City Park until at least winter break.
There is still no word on the cause of the fire.
