OPB’s Think Out Loud is broadcasting live from Pendleton this week. Host Emily Harris caught up with Bob Miller, a round-up volunteer and past director, at the bustling Rainbow Cafe on Main Street Thursday. She asked him to reflect on round-ups past and present.
