March Madness Blooms In The Rose Garden
It’s been a long time since Oregon felt March Madness. The NCAA Men’s College Basketball Tournament is underway, and Portland’s Rose Garden will host games Thursday and Saturday.
The men’s tournament hasn’t been in Oregon since 1983, the year Blazers’ forward Channing Frye was born.
