Judge Releases Restraining Order Documents In Horman Case
A Multnomah County judge released documents Thursday relating to the restraining order he granted to the father of missing 2nd grader, Kyron Horman.
Kyron's father, Kaine Horman told the judge he believes the child's stepmother is involved in the disappearance.
Kaine Horman also said in a request for a restraining order that investigators told him that he was the target of a murder plot by his wife, who tried to hire someone to kill him.
The documents were released Thursday by a Portland judge in response to a request from news organizations.
