The National Brewers Association has just released its annual list of the country’s biggest brewers.

Four Oregon companies made it into the top 50.

Deschutes Brewery in Bend was the largest -- at number 12, followed by Full Sail Brewing of Hood River, Oregon Brewing of Newport and BridgePort Brewing of Portland.

Not surprisingly, Anheuser-Busch came in at number one.

In a new ranking of breweries per capita, Oregon came in third. The Beaver State has one brewery for every 40,000 residents.

The state of Mississippi came in last with just one brewery. It has almost 3 million residents.
