The Woodburn bank that was bombed in December, opens across the street tomorrow (Tuesday) -- in a temporary building.

Branch manager, Ferren Taylor, and his staff have been serving their customers from the West Coast Bank’s second Woodburn branch -- on the eastside of town.

But now they’ll be just across the street from their old branch in a temporary facility. The old building will be repaired in the summer and should be ready for business in the fall.

Meanwhile father and son, Bruce and Joshua Turnidge, are facing various charges for the bombing, including conspiracy to manufacture and posses an explosive device and aggravated murder.

Captain Tom Tennant of Woodburn Police and Senior Trooper William Hakim of the Oregon State Police were killed in the blast.

Woodburn Police Chief Scott Russell, who has undergone 17 surgeries since then, is still recuperating.
