Recession In Oregon To End This Year?

The budget writers in Salem are just like the rest of us.  We're all ready for some good economic news. 

Here's some: The University of Oregon has an index of economic indicators, and they point to an end to the recession in Oregon any day now.

Tim Duy is an Economics Professor at the University of Oregon and the Director of the Oregon Economic Forum.
