Carl Worthington, the Oregon City man who was convicted of criminal mistreatment in the faith-healing death of his daughter, has been released early for good behavior.

Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, Jim Strovink, says Worthington served 54 days.

Jim Strovink:“He’s been a model inmate. we had no problems with him. For each 30 days he acquires 3 days good time, so was released six days early on his 60 day sentence.”
