A jury went back to deliberating charges against Brent and Raylene Worthington, who are on trial in connection with the death of their daughter. Rob Manning reports.

The jurors in the Worthington trial returned to their deliberations Tuesday morning after leaving early Monday.

They told the judge Monday that they were deadlocked and the judge said well why don't you try a little bit harder and come back tomorrow.

And so they've come in and are discussing things again. But so far there's been no contact in open court between the judge and the jury so we're just waiting to hear what they come up with.

The Worthingtons face charges of manslaugher and criminal mistreatment in their daughter's death. The couple used faith healing practices to treat the girl when she became ill.
