Cessna Closes Bend Airplane Factory, 200 Jobs Lost

Nearly 200 workers at the Cessna airplane factory in Bend are absorbing some very bad news. They were notified Wednesday that the factory will close sometime this summer.
Some of the workers will be offered jobs elsewhere in the company but others will be laid off.
We wanted to get some reaction from Rich Belzer. He’s an aviation consultant and an industry observer.
