Oregon Global Warming Commission Delivers Report

Two years ago, Oregon lawmakers passed legislation to go after global warming. Thursday, the Oregon Global Warming Commission reported back on the state's progress.
The commission chair is Angus Duncan. I asked him how Oregon is doing with its global warming goals.
