More Winter Weather On The Way

The winter weather roller coaster ride that much of northwest Oregon has been on this week isn’t over yet.
Tiffani Brown is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Portland. She says a tropical low pressure system is headed into Oregon Saturday, bringing lots of moisture with it.
That could mean snow in the Portland area starting Saturday afternoon.
Tiffani Brown: “The storm coming in has a little bit of a tropical connection. It’s also going to be bringing a little bit of upper level warm air with it. And that’s where you get, we get into the problem of possibly freezing rain or sleet accumulations after the -- as the storm progresses.”
Brown says any freezing rain would likely fall early Sunday morning.
But she adds that predicting this kind of weather can be a challenge because even just a one or two degree temperature change can mean
