Oregon's Hunger Rate In Top Five For Nation

Oregon has a worsening hunger problem.
The federal Agriculture Department’s new numbers put the hunger rate here at 5.5 percent, among the top five most hungry states.
Patti Whitney-Wise is the director of the Oregon Hunger Relief Task Force. I asked her what that 5-percent hunger rate means.
