FERC Approves LNG Proposal For Bradwood Landing

Oregon is one step closer today to having a liquefied natural gas terminal on the Columbia River.

Federal energy regulatory commissioners voted 4 to 1 Thursday in favor of the Bradwood Landing project.

That site is about 20 miles upriver from Astoria.  Correspondent Tom Banse joins us now to talk about the decision.

We are a family of 4 my husband and I and 2 young boys. We just found out the LNG pipeline has been rerouted next to our property within 100 ft of our well and natural spring and up the hill. When the pipeline is installed it will cut off the veins that supply our fresh water and we will lose our water and the value in our property. No one will listen or help us.
