Will Climate Change Bring New Diseases To Northwest?

Doctor Mel Kohn, the state epidimiologist at the Oregon Public Health Division, has raised the specter of new diseases turning up here as the climate changes.

He held a panel recently with politicians, county health department experts and other public health policy wonks, to discuss the issue. I asked him why?
